SERVICE AGREEMENT
Full-Time on YouTube Challenge

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Digital Income Family LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company"), and the individual ("Participant") who registers for the Full-Time on YouTube Challenge (the "Program") and checks the acceptance box at checkout.

By checking the box at checkout, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description
The Program is a live virtual educational event held on Zoom from October 12 to October 16, 2026. It is designed to teach participants how to create YouTube content around what they know and sell their own digital product. The Program may include live training sessions, worksheets, community access, and other resources. Participant may also purchase the optional VIP add-on described in Section 2. During or after the Program, the Company may present other optional paid products or services. Participant is under no obligation to purchase anything beyond what Participant selects at checkout.

2. Fees and VIP Add-On
Registration for the Program is free. The VIP add-on (the "VIP Add-On") is an optional paid upgrade available at checkout for $197. The VIP Add-On includes replay access for the duration of the Program and a 1 hour live Q&A session held before the main general admission session. The VIP Add-On does not include any other products or services of the Company. All sales are final. Due to the nature of live trainings, event scheduling, and access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

3. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer
Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

The Company does not guarantee that Participant will earn any specific amount of income, gain any subscribers or views, sell any products, or achieve any business results by participating in the Program or purchasing the VIP Add-On.
Any examples of channels, sales, launches, or earnings shared by the Company, its guests, or its students, whether verbally, in writing, or via video, are illustrative only. They are not typical, promised, or guaranteed results.
Participant's success depends entirely on their own efforts, actions, niche, experience, and market factors, including changes to YouTube's platform and algorithm.
Participant assumes full responsibility for implementing the concepts shared and for all outcomes.

4. No Legal, Financial, or Business Advice
The Company and its representatives do not provide legal, tax, financial, or specific business advice. All Program content is for general educational and informational purposes only. Participant should consult their own professional advisors before making any decisions or investments.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits, arising from Participant's participation in the Program or reliance on any information provided.

6. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from Participant's use or misuse of the Program or violation of this Agreement.

7. Community Guidelines and Conduct
Participant agrees to be respectful in all live sessions, chats, and community spaces associated with the Program. The Company may remove any Participant, without notice and without refund, for harassment, spam, solicitation, or other conduct it considers disruptive or harmful.

8. Recording and Use of Likeness
Live sessions may be recorded. By attending, Participant consents to the Company recording the sessions, including Participant's name, voice, image, and comments if they appear on camera or in chat, and to the Company using those recordings for replays and promotional purposes. Participant may turn off their camera and microphone at any time.

9. Intellectual Property
All Program content, including but not limited to videos, replays, slides, templates, and worksheets, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Participant may use the materials for personal business development only and may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without the Company's express written consent.

10. Communications
By registering, Participant agrees to receive emails from the Company related to the Program, including reminders, replays, and information about related products and services. Participant may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.

By checking the box at checkout, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
